Resident Self Employed

Interest Rate : 6.5% to 6.75% Fixed till Dec’07 then 3.5% to 3.75% + 1 yr EIBOR

Interest Rate : 6.5% to 6.75% Fixed till Dec’07 then 3.5% to 3.75% + 1 yr EIBOR

Loan Tenor : 1 yr to  20 yrs      OR

            Age 60 whichever is earlier

Loan Tenor : 1 yr to  20 yrs      OR

                       Age 65 whichever is earlier

Loan to Value:   up to 70%

Loan to value :   up to 70%

Processing Fees: 1% or Dhs 10,000

                          whichever is lower

Processing Fees: 1% or Dhs 10,000

                               whichever is lower

Documents Required

  • Application form
  • Passport & Valid Visa copy
  • Salary certificate (Previous employment certificate if less than year)
  • Bank statements – 6mths
  • Cheque of AED 3000 favouring MashreqBank as initial processing fee
  • Liability letter (if any)
  • Property documents – Sale Agreement
  • Proof of down payments

  • Passport & valid visa copy
  • Trade License
  • Copy of Chamber of commerce registration
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • Financial statements audited of last two years
  • Profile of the business on company letter head
  • Bank statements – company & personal for 6 months
  • Cheque of AED 3000 favouring MashreqBank as initial processing fee
  • Liability letter (if any)
  • Property documents – Sale Agreement
  • Proof of down payments

 

 

Non-Resident Purchasers

Interest Rate : 7.25% Fixed till Dec’07 then 4.25 + 1 yr EIBOR

  • Salary certificate (Previous employment certificate if less than year)
  • Bank statements – 6mths
  • Transfer AED 3000 to Swift A/c BOMLAEAD-1098211101 as initial processing fee
  • Liability letter (if any)
  • Property documents – Sale Agreement
  • Proof of down payments
  • Reference letter from current banker

  • Copy of Chamber of commerce registration
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association (or Partnership Deed stating profit sharing ratio)
  • Financial statements audited of last two years
  • Profile of the business on company letter head
  • Bank statements – company & personal for six months
  • Transfer AED 3000 to Swift A/c BOMLAEAD-1098211101 as initial processing fee
  • Liability letter (if any)
  • Property documents – Sale Agreement
  • Proof of down payments
